This website is owned and operated by The Marker by Gillian Dinh. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once an item or service has been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
Customers must provide their contact details including actual full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.
SITE CONTENT
The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of products from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Marker by Gillian Dinh is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard national delivery within Australia are between 3-7 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on a Friday after 5pm AEST will begin processing the following Monday.
The Marker by Gillian Dinh will contact you if the product you have selected becomes unavailable.
Unfortunately The Marker by Gillian Dinh is only shipping Australia wide... for now! Keep an eye out, or flick through an email, to see when International shipping becomes available!
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately returns are not accepted due to change of mind by purchaser/recipient. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will replace it if stock allows and proof of damage is provided.
Generally, exchanges are returned at purchaser's cost.
Should the rare event of damages occur, please contact us via email and we will minimise any inconvenience and organise a replacement with a response within 48 hours. Please follow the below instructions for all exchange or return procedures:
1. The item/items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. If returning due to damage, please photograph goods as they were received.
3. Email us at [email protected] with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. Please title email subject as 'return' or 'exchange'.
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. The Marker by Gillian Dinh can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged during return transit.
PAYMENTS
For our online shoppers we accept payment using MasterCard, Visa & American Express. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders online. All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all of your contact details are correct when placing an order so we can contact you should there be any issues.
CURRENCY
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on The Marker by Gillian Dinh website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($/AUD).
GST & TAXES
All products purchased online include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.

The Marker by Gillian Dinh recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as private. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for The Marker by Gillian Dinh's use only.
